AI agents and automation
A working agent on one real workflow, with a stop switch, in one to two weeks after a written brief.
Typical timeline: Pilot in 1–2 weeks after the brief is written. Wider rollout is a separate scope.
This is the build track. The English site already named it Automation Services: inquiries, documents, scheduling; research and monitoring; a pilot in 1–2 weeks. The public promise stays that size.
An assistant that takes routine work off a team is useful only if it fails closed. Research agents that watch a market or a risk feed are useful only if a person still owns the call. We install those constraints in the first slice, not as a later ethics add-on.
For whom
Teams drowning in inbound mail, documents or scheduling who will not hire another coordinator for it
Operators who need overnight monitoring of prices, risk or signals, and a human who still owns the decision
Anyone who already tried a chatbot and watched it act without a gate
What you get
- One scoped agent or small fleet on a named workflow, not a demo on synthetic data
- Human-approval gates on irreversible actions: spend, delete, send, publish
- A runbook: who watches it, who stops it, what happens when the model is down
How it goes
- 01
Written brief: the workflow, the data, the failure you will not tolerate
- 02
Narrow pilot on live data, with a stop switch you can use without us
- 03
Review against the brief: what it did, what it refused, what still needs a person
- 04
Handover with monitoring and a named owner on your side
What we do not do
We do not ship an agent that can spend money, delete records or message a customer without a gate. We do not promise that a bigger model will remove the need for that gate. We do not staff a 24/7 human desk under this page.
After launch
Server, backups, a one-hour incident SLA, and planned updates can be scoped in the same brief. That is not a separate service page.
