This website and the contact form

If you email the studio or submit the contact form, we process the name, email address, organisation, brief and selected engagement range to reply and scope work. Legal basis: steps at your request prior to a contract, and legitimate interest in answering a professional enquiry. We do not sell this correspondence. We keep it while the thread is active, then as long as accounting or legal duty requires.

The public pages are static. The contact form and AI consultant use server endpoints. The site does not use marketing analytics or a marketing cookie wall.

The AI consultant

Messages and conversation history are sent to an external model API to produce replies. Do not enter passwords, API keys, confidential business information or customer records. AI replies can be wrong and do not make a binding price, delivery or integration commitment.

The browser uses session storage for a chat session identifier when available. On the site's server, conversation history is cached for two hours after the latest successful reply. That cache expiry does not cover saved follow-up correspondence or copies held by external service providers.

If you supply a contact for follow-up in the chat, the server can save it with the conversation and attempt to notify the studio through Telegram. Contact-form enquiries can also generate a Telegram notification. Saving an enquiry does not confirm human receipt or a response deadline. You can use the contact page or email instead.

Browser extensions

The Chrome / Chromium extensions published under the Agent Reliability Lab brand collect no user data, make no network requests and use no tracking. They run on the device and do not contact our servers.

They do not collect personally identifiable information, browsing history, usage analytics or location. There is no data to share, sell or disclose. They execute no remote code; all logic ships in the published package. They do not collect data from children.

If a future extension introduces data handling, this policy will be updated before that extension is published.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of personal data we hold from correspondence, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI) or with your local supervisory authority in the EU.
