If you send a message to info@ss-global-group.com or submit the contact form, we process the name, email address, organisation, the brief, and the engagement range you selected, in order to reply and to scope work. Legal basis: steps at your request prior to a contract, and legitimate interest in answering a professional enquiry. We do not sell this correspondence. We keep it while the thread is active, then as long as accounting or legal duty requires.

The public site is static. It does not set a marketing cookie wall. If a form endpoint or analytics processor is connected later, this page will be updated before that change goes live.

Browser extensions

The Chrome / Chromium extensions published under the Agent Reliability Lab brand collect no user data, make no network requests, and use no tracking. They run on the device. They do not contact our servers.

They do not collect personally identifiable information, browsing history, usage analytics, or location. There is no data to share, sell, or disclose. They execute no remote code. All logic ships in the published package. They do not collect data from children.

If a future extension introduces any data handling, this policy will be updated before that extension is published.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, or portability of personal data we hold from correspondence, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest. You may lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (AKI) or with your local supervisory authority in the EU.
